Dellbrook|JKS prepared Exchange 200 for its new tenant, actnano, with a 15,800 SF fit-out of laboratory and office space on the third floor of this life science hub. Construction was completed while the building was partially occupied, with the third floor already home to functioning labs and restaurant/retail tenants operating on the first level. The scope of work included installing specialty plumbing and HVAC systems in addition to laboratory furniture and equipment. Maintaining a fast-paced pricing and design process required close and consistent collaboration between Berkeley Investments, Act Nano, the design/engineering teams, Dellbrook|JKS, and its trade partners.
