The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod Administration & Operations Building was a 34,387 SF multi-phased major renovation to a 3 story, steel and masonry office building. Upgrades were on all levels and includes all new interior finishes, glass partition office systems, MEP upgrades, as well as replacement of portions of the exterior facade and roof of the building. The Administration and Operations building incorporates key features like open space for Cape Cod Cooperative Banks Clients and community events; a fitness room for employees, a training and innovation lab, and the overall project enhances security and workplace productivity with a fresh design that reflects modern workplace trends.
