The Artis Senior Living project in Lexington MA involed new construction of a 33,814 SF, wood framed, 72 unit – (1 bedroom each) assisted living facility specializing in patients with memory loss. The building located on Concord Avenue was designed and constructed to have a center core area and resident wing areas on either side of the core. Each resident wing includes dining rooms, family rooms, pantry, laundry and courtyard area. Amenities also include a health center for residents as well as a beauty salon and barber shop.
