The completed Benchmark Senior Living project is new construction, of a two story, panelized senior / assisted living facility in North Attleborough for Benchmark Senior Living. Construction consists of a 60,000 sf facility with 52- two bedroom apartment units. 38 of the apartments are standard assisted living, while 14 are memory care units. Benchmark has several other facilities located around Northern New England however this is the first Benchmark facility constructed in this design style.

The new facility features multiple dining areas including a family dining room where residents can cook on site, a fitness center, two medical exam rooms, a salon/barber shop and beautiful common areas with custom millwork and gas fireplaces for socializing and facility activities. There is a full commercial kitchen to service the residents as well as a spacious outdoor seating area with gazebo & fire pit.
