The Brigham & Women’s / Mass General Health Care Center at Patriot Place 154,000SF, five-story, steel structure with concrete slab on grade foundation. This new medical office building is home to world-class primary care and specialist services including Mass General Brigham and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dellbrook|JKS began work on the tight site within the Patriots Place plaza by demolishing a retail building located between Gillette Stadium and the existing Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Healthcare Center. Connected by a 70 foot, enclosed pedestrian sky bridge to the existing medical center, the building’s core and shell were completed in 13 months and the exterior facade is a combination of polished CMU, brick, nichiha siding, metal panels with punched window openings and curtainwall.
