The Brooke House at Olmsted Village project continues the long-standing partnership between 2Life Communities and Dellbrook|JKS, a repeat client relationship spanning more than 15 years. Located in Mattapan, Brooke House is the first of two planned 2Life developments at the Olmsted Village site and consists of the ground-up construction of a new, 6 story, approximately 161,000 SF building delivering 127 affordable senior apartments.

The construction scope includes a complete on-site earthwork package, new frost wall foundations, one level of structural steel podium construction, and five levels of wood-framed residential construction above. Exterior systems feature masonry and fiber cement cladding, while the interior scope includes full residential build-out and all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The project is targeting Passive House certification, along with LEED Gold and Enterprise Green Communities compliance, incorporating high-performance envelope detailing, energy-efficient systems, and enhanced indoor air quality to support long-term durability, operational efficiency, and resident comfort.
