The Lore on canal street project is new construction of 5 wood framed, podium style buildings consisting of 250 units of market rate apartments, with 10 different unit types. Units will be a mix of studio, 1 & 2-bedrooms. The buildings will include elevators and climate controlled corridors. The project will also feature a 6,000 SF amenity area, and a 1,480 SF cold shell retail space in Building A.

Building 1 houses the amenity areas including the clubhouse, leasing office, dog wash, mail/package rooms, cafe, speakeasy, and yoga/fitness rooms. Site amenities include pool, dog park, grilling area, and amphitheater seating at the central courtyard. Each building has above ground interior mechanically ventilated garage parking on the 1st floor. Additional amenities include a fitness center and roof deck.
