The Cape Cod 5 Cent Savings Bank Headquarters project was a new 2-1/2 story, 78,000 SF, LEED Gold certified building in Hyannis, MA. The new headquarters features amenities like a 300 seat community room, cafeteria, and fitness center and provides much needed space to accommodate more than 300 bank operations employees and was designed and constructed to maximize flex day lighting within the office space.

Work began with demolition of an existing one-story, 32,255 gross SF retail building, and a two-story office building. The new banking headquarters was thoughtfully designed and the project achieved considerable goals in terms of energy efficiency and conservation. A 240 space 40,000 SF, precast parking garage, photovoltaic solar array and an onsite, full service bank branch was also constructed.
