This project involves upgrades to Catholic Memorial High School’s interior courtyard and parking lot areas, improving circulation, safety, and accessibility across the campus. A key component is the construction of a new 1,600-square-foot classroom structure within the courtyard, designed to integrate with the existing school and provide flexible, modern learning space.

Work includes new foundations, framing, exterior envelope, roofing, interior finishes, and full MEP systems. Landscaping, paving, and lighting improvements within the courtyard will further enhance the school’s environment and create a more functional and student-centered space.
