In the heart of Quincy Center at 1170 and 1200 Hancock Street, Dellbrook|JKS transformed the historic Masonic Temple and its adjacent site into an iconic mixed-use development for FoxRock Properties. The project, titled Center & Stone, included the creation of a 66-unit residential addition to the temple structure and the new construction of its neighbor, a 135-unit apartment building with associated parking.

The two-story temple, named Center, will house Masons Steakhouse, a new restaurant on its ground level, while its newly constructed sister building, named Stone, will feature 3,700 sqft of retail space on its first floor dedicated to Citizens Bank, which had previously occupied the same 1200 site.
