This project for Stratford Capital Group consisted of an adaptive reuse renovation of the former Historic Catholic Middle School building into 50 affordable housing apartment units. Construction included full restoration of the existing 50,500 SF building’s brick exterior, and interior renovations to create 50, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The ground level of the existing building is 17,780 SF with 12 units. The first floor is 16,942 SF with 9 units. The second floor is 13,420 SF with 11 units. The project also included a 20,600 SF, three story wood framed addition to the rear of the existing building for 18 of the 50 residential units. The ground floor of the addition is 7,142 SF with 6 units, the first floor is 7,212 SF with 7 units and the second floor is 6,272 SF with 5 units.
