Dellbrook|JKS is serving as Construction Manager for the second phase of the Henry T. Wing Residences in Sandwich. This phase involves the new construction of a three-story, 35,760 sqft, wood-framed residential building adjacent to the completed Phase I. The development will provide 41 affordable housing apartment units—39 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom. The building envelope will feature fiber cement panels and trim, fiberglass windows, and a combination of asphalt and membrane roofing. Interior amenities will include a small communal area with mail access, with all construction designed to balance comfort, durability, and sustainability. Site development includes comprehensive underground utility work—stormwater systems, septic, water, and electric infrastructure—followed by slab-on-grade foundation installation and rough framing. All work is being conducted within a secured perimeter, with access managed per a detailed logistics plan to minimize disruption to surrounding neighborhoods. The project also includes a Site-Specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and ongoing coordination with local emergency services.
