The 67,000 sf Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills is a $14M high end hotel resort destination. The 3 story building was constructed to include resting area, restaurant, wine room, and full spa. The project is made of steel and wood structures with exterior facade including EIFS finish and cultured stone veneer for a rustic look.
