Navigator Homes is the new construction of five small houses, each providing skilled nursing care for elders, on a 26-acre site. The community, clustered around an outdoor garden, will provide 70 beds for seniors.

Small houses provide an alternative to traditional nursing homes where multiple residents live in one room. All rooms will be private. Each of the five buildings is self-contained with its own kitchen, dining area, living area, common area, and outdoor spaces as well as 24/7 nursing care. Each residence is approximately 11,500 square feet with 14 resident rooms, each with a full bathroom. Construction includes landscaping and walkways as well and hardscapes.
