Dellbrook|JKS successfully completed the interior fit-out of a 3,365 SF shell space to accommodate a new Urgent Care facility at Pinehills in Plymouth, MA. The scope of work included the installation of new gypsum wallboard partitions—lead-lined at the X-ray room—along with new doors, frames, hardware, interior glazing, and storefront systems.

The project also encompassed comprehensive interior finishes including flooring, wall treatments, and ceilings. MEP upgrades included modifications to the fire protection system, new HVAC with rooftop equipment and associated roofing patchwork, as well as plumbing with pre-coring concrete scanning and new electrical systems to support the clinical layout. The work was completed with a focus on quality, coordination, and maintaining the integrity of the new building systems.
