The Plainville Square Beer Garden is a new outdoor amenity space designed to provide a vibrant social gathering area in Plainville, MA. This project features a unique, modular design incorporating prefabricated shipping containers repurposed to serve as a 3,500 SF restaurant, bar, with various amenity structures. A significant portion of the project focuses on sitework and landscape enhancements to establish a welcoming atmosphere. The site will include a combination of hardscaped and landscaped elements, such as cast-in-place concrete sidewalks, stone dust paving, and decorative feature walls. Green spaces with new plantings and lawn game areas will be integrated throughout the site.

Various seating areas will be complemented by accent lighting to enhance the ambiance, particularly during evening hours. The scope of work includes selective site demolition, minor regrading, and site preparation to establish proper elevations and drainage. Installation of new underground utilities, including stormwater drainage, domestic water, and sanitary sewer connections, will support both the site infrastructure and the modular container units. Improvements to the parking area will be constructed including new surface treatments and delineations. and domestic utility connections will be extended to each prefabricated container.
