his project included renovations to the 120,000 SF former Babcock Power Building located at 5 Neponset Street in Worcester, Massachusetts for Reliant Medical Group. The 4 story Worcester building’s adaptive reuse and renovation featured significant demolition and remediation, repairs to the existing masonry exterior as well as total renovation of the interior finishes for medical office space and clinical treatments.

New elevators, and all new mechanicals were installed, along with the striking new facade of curtain wall, trespa and alucabond panels and Relrain screen. The facility was fit out with several different specialties including a state of the art radiology suite consisting of new MRI, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Stereotactic, CT and Mammogram Rooms.
