Dellbrook | JKS renovated and expanded the existing temple campus to accommodate its school community. The project included the new construction of a 15,900 sf, two-story addition to create a state of the art wing dedicated to offices and program spaces as well as a 20,365 SF renovation to the Temple Reyim. Renovating the existing temple consisted of updating classrooms, bathrooms, & office spaces, new finishes throughout, and various site improvements. Work included selective demolition, earthwork/sitework, landscaping/hardscaping, misc. metals, finish carp, roofing, D/F/H, storefront, windows, gypboard, ACT, flooring, painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

The new 2-story addition houses offices, a library, a student lounge, a yoga studio, a recording studio, and various bathrooms and kitchens. Construction included earthwork/sitework, landscaping/hardscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, misc. metals, finish carpentry, waterproofing, siding, roofing, D/F/H, storefront, windows, gypboard, ACT, flooring, painting, specialties, elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
