Dellbrook|JKS completed the final phase of construction at Seaside Village in Niantic CT. This phase focusing on The Village Center included new construction of 41 units and one townhome consisting of 4 units, ranging from approximately 900 to 1,300 square feet. The open floor plan style units with vaulted ceilings combined the living room with a galley style kitchen. The main living spaces are flanked on each side by the master bedroom and a guest bedroom. All units have granite countertops and slate finish appliances in the kitchen, a walk in shower in the master bath and full shower and tub in the guest bathroom. Each unit also has a laundry space with room for a stackable washer and dryer.

Larger units offer an eight foot by eight foot den and deep spacious 25 foot by 14 foot living room. An outdoor balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom is part of the layout on the upper floors with a patio constructed on the first level. Visually interesting angles were designed and constructed to appear from the entrance passage that is canted 45 degrees off the rest of the home to give the interior a distinctive look and feel. Views of nearby Dodge Pond and surrounding woodlands from the balcony on the third floor units connects with glass sliding doors to both the living room and window lit den. The overall project consists of 118 homes, with 30 percent set aside as affordable.
