SkySail at Driftway is a new mixed-use development in Greenbush, consisting of six steel and wood-framed buildings with podium for 160 parking spaces (exclusive of MBTA parking). The 110,000 SF community includes four, three-story residential structures that house 78 residential units, with below grade parking. The units are evenly split between one and two bedrooms with 11 affordable units. SkySail at Driftway also features a three story mixed-use building, a single story, 8,914 SF retail building with coffee shop, and a pedestrian path to unite the complex. This project's construction occurred in phases. New utilities were installed throughout the site to support new infrastructure. SkySail at Driftway is LEED Silver certified.
