St. Luke's Hospital
Nuclear Medicine SPECT-CT Suite
Dellbrook|JKS collaborated with to St. Luke’s Hospital to renovate an existing imaging space, accommodating new Nuclear Camera Imaging functionality. Located on the first floor of the facility, the work was carried out while adjacent rooms remained fully operational. Notably, structural steel framing was added to the slab on deck to increase floor load capacity for the new imaging equipment.
The scope of work also featured selective interior demolition of finishes and wall partitions, followed by the installation of new finishes such as finish carpentry, gypsum walls, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painted wall finishes, and Division 10 healthcare specialties. Infrastructure upgrades included modifications to existing MEP systems: relocating fire suppression heads, repositioning a hand sink and medical gas outlets, reconfiguring HVAC diffuser and grille layouts, and installing a new electrical power panel for the imaging equipment. Simultaneously, additional imaging space renovations were undertaken to create a new stress testing area, seamlessly running parallel with the nuclear camera imaging upgrades.
