Solimine House is a new 159,827 SF, 50-unit, four & five story, wood framed, senior affordable housing community broken into ‘neighborhoods’ of seven to eleven apartments connected by social spaces.

The buildings incorporates composite steel decking with concrete, panelized wood framing, and a high-performance thermal envelope. Construction includes earthwork, utilities, MEP systems, fiber cement siding, TPO roofing, and fiberglass/uPVC windows, all designed to enhance durability and efficiency. The scope also includes elevators, and selective demolition of an existing structure, which will be connected to the new development via a covered walkway. Passive House design principles are integrated through airtight construction, enhanced insulation, and sustainable materials, ensuring a high-performance, cost-effective living environment for residents.
