Our team completed the 4,500 SF addition and 17,089 SF renovation to the interior and exterior of the existing medical office building, to provide a new 21,589 SF Medical Office Building for client, Cape Cod Healthcare. The addition included spaces for a new entrance, lobby and waiting area. The Health Center has high-quality primary care, specialty care, imaging, C-Lab and urgent care services, which makes it easy for residents and visitors to access different levels of care in one place.
