The Stratus Residences at 191 Washington Street project in Brighton is a new 7 story, 141,163 SF project with 111 condominium units. A 2 level parking garage with steel and concrete deck above will serve as the podium for five stories of residential wood framed construction. The 6th floor includes amenity space and roof deck patio area. The existing Pierce House (at front of site) will have both rear and side additions. Both projects are in the Brighton District of the City of Boston. BRJP (Boston Residency Jobs Program) applies and thus Boston resident hiring applies. This project is being built to LEED certifiable standards.
