Additionally, a community building will provide shared amenities for residents.

Approximately 1.87 acres of the site are preserved as protected open space, with 4.55 acres allocated for development. The project includes extensive site work and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, all designed to meet high energy efficiency standards, ensuring a sustainable and resilient addition to the Oak Bluffs community.
