The Telford 180 project included demolition of 3 existing buildings and new, wood framed construction of a six story 109,180 SF, post tension concrete podium building including a ground level parking garage for 85 condominium units, a fitness center and outdoor courtyards. Telford 180’s facade is a mix of Hardie siding with glass storefront on the first level. Amenity space constructed for the building include a rowing room, a full gym, lounge and an elevated outdoor courtyard with grills and a fire pit. The building is located along the Charles River a short walk from Harvard Business School, Cambridge and Downtown Boston.
