The Beck included the new construction of a five-story, 358,891 SF building on Haverhill’s riverfront. Located on what was formerly a vacant factory site by Bradford’s Commuter Rail station, this wood-and-steel-frame over podium structure has transformed the space into a vibrant mixed-use development. The building houses 290 units of residential market-rate apartments, and ground floor retail space totaling 6,750 SF. Construction included the creation of 320 parking spaces for residents and public parking spaces for retail stores and restaurants.
