The Caldwell is a new, 259-unit multifamily high-rise project in the northern Boston suburb of Lynn. The ten story, 250,000 SF building has a cast-in-place concrete foundation and podium along with an automated “stacker” parking system Dellbrook|JKS used the Infinity System panelized load-bearing metal stud framing for the structure and the building’s facade is a combination of metal panel, precast stone, nichiha, storefront glass and unit windows. Tenant amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, brew bar and clubroom, coworking space, fitness center and lounge spaces. At ten stories tall, Caldwell is the largest new construction residential LEED Platinum building in New England.
