The Mosiac is a six-story, 147K SF residential building in downtown Lynn. The building which will have 146 market rate apartments on floors two through six. The ground floor will include 3,500 SF of retail and resaturant space, utility storage, amenity space, and at-grade parking for 38 vehicles. Located on a zero-lot-line urban site, this project required us to coordinate three separate ownership groups in order to assemble the development parcel.

Rooted in one of Massachusetts’ few Arts and Cultural Districts, Mosaic’s iconic design elements speak to the geometry and creativity of old-world mosaics. Located within a three-minute walk from the MBTA commuter rail, Mosaic residents have access to all Downtown Lynn has to offer, as well as building amenities including a courtyard pool, fitness center, top-floor club space (with work from home and private dining suites), pet wash room, bike storage, sports lounge, and roof deck.
