Airport Hangar

The Airport Hangar for Vineyard Wind is a newly constructed, pre-engineered metal building that houses a service helicopter for the group's windfarm project and features space for its administrative and support teams. Constructed adjacent to the active runway at Martha’s Vineyard Airport, this 1-story structure totals 9,026 SF, and resides on a cast-in-place concrete foundation. Exterior work included roofing, siding, exterior doors, windows and thermal insulation. Interior finishes included gypsum partitions, LVT/tile flooring, interior windows/glazing, acoustical and gypsum ceilings and select division 10 accessories. MEP/FP systems included wet sprinkler system throughout, sanitary & domestic plumbing services, VRF/ERV mechanical system and electrical systems, including security cameras and door access control.
