The Aquatics Center project at the Wheeler School Farm Campus encompasses two swimming pools, a splash pad, a pool house, and an extensive site improvement package. The first pool will be an 8-lane lap pool featuring an air dome overhead, while the second will be a children’s pool designed for younger swimmers.

Additionally, the project includes the construction of a pool house with exposed glulam framing, LGMF infill, and stone cladding. This facility will house bathrooms, changing rooms, and storage/equipment rooms. It will also feature interior finishes and modern MEP systems, including Nest technology.
