The Woods at Merrimack project involved the wood framed construction of a new, 218K sf senior living community in Methuen. Spread out over two buildings the Woods at Merrimack includes 140 units. The first building is 3 stories of wood framed construction – and included 100 units in a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom styles. Common area facilities were constructed to include a salon, full service dining room, laundry rooms, library, movie theater, activity rooms, pub/lounge, fitness room, sitting areas, and care office. Outside space included a courtyard, putting green, bocce court, flowering gardens, and vegetable gardens.

The second building has 40 units of senior living in a mix of studio and one bedroom units that feature a kitchenettes/full bathroom, and bedroom/sitting areas with common area facilities including a movie theater and activity room.
