ROCKLAND— With the ribbon cutting of Copley Gardens on September 21st, 2022, Dellbrook|JKS’ renovation of this affordable housing complex with Neighborworks Housing Solutions and The Architectural Team is officially complete.

The set of three buildings that comprise Copley Gardens, located at 105 Market St, hold a total of 83 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, constructed prior to 2000.  Each of the three-story structures received a new main entrance, exterior restoration, MEP improvements, fresh finishes in common spaces, and more. Additionally, several units received new kitchens and bathrooms.

“We’re proud to partner with NeighborWorks and its team in constructing affordable, safe homes, to combat housing insecurity,” said Jeff Davies, Project Manager at Dellbrook|JKS. “Over the past year, our teams have worked hard to minimize construction inconveniences during Copley Gardens’ occupied renovation and did an overall great job upgrading the complex so that it can continue serving people in need”.

Copley Gardens, maintained by HallKeen Management, is a less than five-minute drive from Target, Stop & Shop, and CVS. The recently renovated buildings are also under a five-minute walk to Studley’s Pond. Information about living at Copley Gardens can be found on its website.
