This 82,917 SF affordable housing project consisted of 3 existing apartment buildings that were constructed prior to 2000. The project has a total of (83) studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. The 3 story buildings received new main entrances, siding, windows and brick restoration at the exterior. Each building recieved upgrades to common area plumbing equipment, HVAC, lighting and fire alarm, as well. The interior of the common spaces were upgraded with new paint and carpets and stairwell modifications. A select number of units were also renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms.
