The Cape Cod 5 Cent Savings Bank at Colony Place is new construction of a single story, structural steel building with steel decking, for a 5,100 SF full service banking facility with stone veneer exterior. Work includes construction of the Banking Center with three lane drive-up, window/drawer, ATM and VAT (2nd lane tube system), under counter steel as well as offices for commercial and residential lenders and wealth management officers and additional functional space.

The project also includes construction of work rooms, lounges and break room, conference rooms, gallery with sliding glass partitions, as well as storage/mechanical/equipment spaces, parking, site and utility work, FP and MEP’s.
