New construction of two connected buildings separated by a firewall with one section of type IIIa construction with five stories and one section of type V construction with four stories. Both buildings are wood framed over slab on grade with hardie siding and vinyl windows. The 232,704 SF multifamily project includes 190 market rate units, with 65,200 SF ground floor interior amenity space. Construction included a landscaped courtyard with pool and playground as well as parking at grade surrounding the building.
