Annual Company Meeting 2026

FOXBORO — On April 2nd, 2026, Dellbrook|JKS gathered its team of over 200 individuals to celebrate our annual company meeting, a night dedicated to honoring the past year’s successes, while discussing the firm’s vision for the future.

Held at Gillette Stadium’s Optum Field Lounge, the evening began with a cocktail hour followed by dinner and a program led by CEO, Mike Fish. During his address, Fish reflected on Dellbrook|JKS’ growth, shared insights from the previous year, and celebrated employees marking 5-, 10-, and 20-year anniversaries with the company. Project Executive Greg Inman was specially honored for his 20 years of service to Dellbrook|JKS, having been a major impact in the company's success since its founding.

“At Dellbrook|JKS we value our commitment to providing outstanding execution through everything we do. Thanks to our dedicated team, strong culture, and lasting relationships, 2025 was a year of great success, and we're continuing to build on that momentum,” said Mike Fish.

A highlight of the night included the video presentation and live, company-wide voting of Dellbrook|JKS’ annual Project of the Year awards, recognizing excellence in both the Large and Small Project categories, grouped by revenue volume.

In the Large Project category, Opus Newton, a middle-market senior living development by 2Life Communities, earned top honors. The project was recognized for the strong execution of a complex, large-scale new structure, with a unique exterior. Other finalists included The Beck in Haverhill by the Procopio Companies, Franklin Cummings Tech's new Roxbury campus, and Navigator Homes of Martha's Vineyard, a skilled-nursing neighborhood in Edgartown.

In the Small Project category, Heritage Museums & Gardens Barbey Family Welcome Center in Sandwich was awarded Project of the Year for its seamless communication between all partners, naturalistic exterior, and sustainable construction. Additional nominees included additions to The Wheeler's School Farm Campus, featuring The Nest and recreational Aquatics Center, Belmont Hill School's newly constructed Facilities and Maintenance Building, and PHIUS certified Cape View Apartments by Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH).

Together, these nominated projects represent just twelve of the 40+ active jobs managed by the company in 2025. Founded in 2005, with just five employees and four projects, Dellbrook|JKS has grown into one of the largest construction companies in Massachusetts.
